  1. I bought a pair of Hue leggings from Dillard’s in a size small. It turns out, they were too big & when I went to Dillard’s to return them, they did stock not XS so they wouldn’t give me refund but a Dillard’s gift card. I’m DONE with Dillard’s!! Just because you didn’t have my size, I had to get a gift card. Other stores happily return your money with a receipt of purchase. I will do my VERY best to tell as many people as I can about your policies. I now have to choose another product instead of going to another store that might have had the product I wanted in my size. Once they get your money, they claim to keep it even if you have to buy something you don’t want!! I will do my VERY best to put the word out about Dillards’s in Jonesboro, Arkansas.   2. I live in Colorado Springs bike shop at Dillards at The Citadel Mall and I tried to return a suit the sales associate told me I could not return the suit without a receipt even though I never wore the suit still had all the tags on the suit
