Halara’s return policy allows their customer to return & exchange their product within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product should be in unused, unworn, and saleable condition.

The Halara Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, Halara doesn’t allow exchanges right now, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as they receive the returned package.

  • The product should be in unused, unworn, and saleable condition.
  • The receipt of that product would be required at the time of return. 

The Refund Policy of Halara

If you return your product then you will get your full refund. the refund can be made in its original method of payment which can be cash, check, or in the form of store credit.

When the get your returned items in the warehouse, a refund process will be initiated immediately.

Halara takes extra 3-5 days to process your returned items because of the high processing volume in the warehouse.

If you select to refund to your original payment method, refunds will be sent within 5 days from the date of purchase.

If you have not got your refund within 14 days of shipping out your returned product, please contact Halara at service@thehalara.com ASAP.

For refunds with a Halara Gift card instead of cash, refunds will be issued within 1-2 days.

All expenses for return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of product quality concerns.

Does Halara Accept Damaged and Faulty Items?

Items marked as final sale and not in saleable condition, unworn will not able to return. Used and damaged products can not be returned.
