  2. I am appalled at Urban Outfitters. I have just received a China plant pot in pieces as it was packed in a Jiffy bag with bubble wrap. Your telephone number to your customer service team is unavailable and I am now left with an unusable item which was a present for a granddaughter. Please tell me how I rectify this problem, I see no point in posting back to you a bag of pieces.

  3. I recently bought a pair of jeans online. It was delivered to my home address in France and I paid for the item in euros. They are too small so would like to exchange for another size but I believe from France I must return the item by post (I am not close to a UO store) for a refund and then place a new order. The postal cost is approx €20! I will be in London shortly and would like to know if I can exchange in a store there? The 30 day policy will have expired.
