  3. I tried to refund a sheet set today. it was not what I wanted and the size was not right, I had washed them before trying them. The Lady at Belk got on an argument with me. She said they were not the ones I had received. I bought online and had my package and everything that was requested. I have always washed purchased before using them. The rude lady said they don’t refund for washed items. I spent 85.00 in these sheets and they were not the right size or the fabric it was supposed to be.. THE Lady kept yelling at me that it was not the right ones. I can’t believe she didn’t know it was because I had all the paper showing it. Now I am stuck with the $85.00. Nobody ever said not to wash items and bring back. This was a disaster. Anything I can do.?

Hoping they will not return so Belk is able to reward themselves with your hard earned $. I will never purchase from Belk ever again.
