As we know the Returning a product to a retailer is normally straightforward as people like to purchase items and if they are unhappy, they like to have the option to send it back to the store easily or warehouse easily, either for a refund or an exchange.
Fry’s is one of the popular Electronics store chains in the USA. They sell electronics, software, computer hardware, and household appliances.
Online orders cannot be returned to retail stores.
According to the Fry’s Return Policy, you can return a product within 30 days.
Same as Target Return Policy and ACE Hardware Return Policy, they also offer 30 days returns.
Fry’s Electronics Retail Store Return/Exchange Policy
- Returns should be in the original condition and with original packing.
- Defective or Damaged items will be exchanged for the exact same item only.
- All 3D printers are only returnable if the product is unopened or unused.
- Product returned without a serial number or tampered with will NOT BE ACCEPTED BACK FOR RETURN
- Stored value cards are non-returnable.
- Product using accessories such as laser toner or ink cartridge toner, media, batteries, film, etc. must be returned with the accessory in factory-sealed condition or will require a deduction for a replacement.
Can I Return Software, Games, and DVDs to Fry’s?
Computer software, video games, video gaming systems, audio CDs, VHS videos, and DVD videos are returnable only if unopened. and one more thing the Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same item only.

Can I Return TV To Fry?
Refunds cannot be given on televisions. In-home service is offered by the manufacturer on a large TV and maybe your most convenient option.
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for replacement or upgrade. Please ensure sufficient packaging is used to protect any return shipments. The customer is responsible for any damage caused due to insufficient packaging.
Fry’s Refurbished Item Return Process
Reconditioned or refurbished products carry the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee. These products may be previously sold and returned, reconditioned by an Authorized Service Dealer, and repackaged for selling purposes. Frys.com cannot guarantee that these products come with all the original accessories and software.
Does Fry’s Offer a “Holiday” Return Policy?
Gift Purchases made from November 24th & December 24th qualify for our extended return privileges*. Orders shipped by December 23rd must receive a Return Authorization Number by January 24st to qualify for the return. *Certain items are excluded from the Extended Holiday Returns.
Any item listed in our Manufacturer restricted list, software, games, DVDs that are open, and Televisions larger than 32 inches do not qualify for extended Holiday Return Privileges. Please call our Customer Service team for full details.
Return Procedure of frys?
Fry’s offers two methods to return your product. Return by Mail or Return online
You need to follow the given steps to return your items through the online method.
- First of all, you need to call Frys.com Customer Service at (877)-688-7678
- Follow the instructions and obtain a (RA#) Return Authorization Number.
- Please provide your Return Authorization #: Original order number (located on packing slip), name of the product being returned, the reason for return, your name, daytime telephone number, and e-mail address when you return your product.
- Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact and that all components, manuals, cables, and accessories are included.
- For your protection, use a “traceable” ground shipping method. Please use the merchandise-return label, located on the back of your packing slip or address the package to:

- Fry’s are not responsible for your return shipping costs and it does not returnable.
Credits or Refunds
If your order is found good on quality terms, inspects, and processes your return, you will get your refund in the original form of payment. However, your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement.
Refunds will be issued as follows:
- Check purchases by check
- Credit card purchases by credit issued to the credit card used in the original purchase transaction
- Debit card purchases by credit issued to the debit card used in the original purchase transaction
- Cash purchases by cash, unless the refund is over $500, which will then be refunded by a check mailed from Fry’™s Home Office.
- Refund checks are mailed the 10th day from the date merchandise is returned.
