All Lively customer can return their products within 30 days of receipt, undamaged, unworn, and unwashed with their company’s tag attached to the product.
Lively don’t accept return on Undies or bodysuits because of health and safety purpose. All the swimsuits and swim bottoms can be returned but with attached hygienic liners and untampered.
The company Doesn’t refund order shipping costs.

You have to visit their official website and initiate your free return /exchange. Then, print out your return label or display a QR code.
