  3. I bought a travel mug 4 weeks ago and it’s broken. They don’t give out receipts as I also bought coffee at the same time. They have refused to exchange without a receipt so how can I get a travel mug that works?

    1. Starbucks does give out receipts. You usually have to ask and I would recommend that for merchandise or packaged coffee, you always ask for a receipt so you will be able to return unwanted items. It also has to be within 60 days of purchasing the item. There are no exceptions for returns on merchandise and packaged coffee; the receipt is a must.

  4. I’ve been using one of your first stainless cups for close to 20 years ! It had a black plastic band in the center and a black handle on it both of those broke over the years . I still use the darn thing and it still keeps my Star Bucks coffee piping hot.
