What is Pottery Barn Return Policy?
According to Pottery Barn’s return policy, you can return your purchased product within 30 days of the purchase with the original receipt or 7 days for quick ship upholstery items for a refund of the product value. The items without an original receipt or gift receipts are not eligible for returns.
Extended holiday gift returns: if you made your purchase between October 15 through December 26 it can be returned until January 31.
How Can I Return a Product?
You can return most of the products either to a Pottery Barn’s store or online.
You can return your most non-furniture product to any Pottery Barn store. You just need to bring the item to the nearest Pottery store with your original receipt or gift receipt and approach a salesperson, they will guide you for the further return process.
If you are not comfortable with the in-store return, you can choose an online return. You can make your online return through the Pottery Barn return page and fill in some pieces of information. Once you finish this process, you will receive a UPS shipping label. Attach that UPS label to the package and take it to the UPS drop-off location.
Pottery Barn Exchange Policy
The official website of Pottery Barn does not mention the exchange policy. If you want to exchange your purchased product you may take it to the nearest Pottery Barn store and enquire whether it can be exchanged or not.

Pottery Barn Refund Policy
If you have an original receipt, then you are eligible for a refund. The refund will be issued in the original form of the payment. But if you return an item with a gift receipt, you will get an amount on the gift receipt in the form of store credit.
Pottery Barn issued a check to you for all cash and check refunds over $100. You will get this in your mail within 14 business days.
