Not happy on my purchase! After buying on september 12 2022! Coil’s sticking in!!!! To me! To soft and suppose to be firm! Need to exchange as a possible!
I am really worried! We had checked reviews and they seemed ok. But now, are these recent reviews on returns that are concerning.
We purchased 2 Beauty rest Mattresses from Mattress Firm with the box springs. One Smart Firm for our daughter and one Smart Extra Firm Lux for us.
It has been a week and we need to return this Smart Extra Firm Lux mattress. it is so painful to me I got no sleep for 2 days. My husband has hip pain that he has never experienced. I will be asking for a refund on the Extra Firm Mattress. And truly, if the Firm one turns out to be a dud like I’ve been reading, may need to return that one too. Total money spent: $3555.75 minus the metal frames that informed our salesperson we did not want before delivery (still waiting on the $139.00 to be refunded to my cc).
I only needed 2 days and my husband 4 days to experience the pain associated with this extra firm mattress. Thank you all for your reviews on returns, though I wish I had seen these first – Never would have purchased anything from Mattress Firm. However, I will remove this review and write a new one if they come through and refund my money spent.
Purchased mattress 3-6-22, total including tax and delivery fee was $1391.98. Had mattress returned before 120 days because the mattress had coils sticking in me. Received another mattress which had the Psame problem, and it seems I was being bitten by bed bugs. Wanted to return third mattress because of coils sticking in me and bed bugs. Told I had to file a warranty claim which I did on 6-12-22. Got no response so I filed another claim. Still no response so I contacted Better Business Bureau. Contacted by Mr. Stencio of Mattress Firm, he said I had to have an exterminator’s report before he could do anything. I called exterminators and was told the cost was from $1,600-$4,000 I told Mr. Stencio we cannot afford to pay $1,391.98 and exterminator’s fee. I am 74 years old and my husband is 87. Mr. Stencio said he could not do anything without the exterminator’s report. maybe he can get me something approximately $720.00. which is approximately what all complaint’s get (one half) and they have the same complaints I have. He is totally ignoring the coils sticking in me.
