- All return shipping costs must be paid in advance. C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted.

What Is GNC In-store Return Policy?
Within 30 days of the date of your order from GNC.com or GNC Retail location with a valid sales receipt or GNC.com packing slip, all products are refundable.
Please note that purchases made with Bill Me Later cannot be returned to a GNC store. Return instructions can be found on your packing slip.
