• Machines up to the worth of £700 can be trialed for up to 30 days after delivery if purchased at a Singer Outlet.
• If you decide to exchange it for a different model within 30 days of receiving it, please contact Singer.
• The machine must be returned in new condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
• This is a one-way exchange method. Our regular returns policy applies, and you must arrange for a return within 14 days after delivery to receive a refund.
• The item you’re swapping for must be of equal or greater worth than the one you’re exchanging for. There will be no partial refunds. If you upgrade to a different model, you must pay the price difference (if any) before the replacement item is dispatched.
• Please note that unless otherwise agreed upon with your sales agent at the time of order, this policy only applies to new equipment.
• If a machine is returned without the original packaging and accessories, it will be refused, and the client will be responsible for the whole cost of the machine, as well as the full cost of the exchanged unit, as well as any repair work and replacement parts that are required.
