Yeti has a return policy for all customers who purchase any item from YETI.com. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can easily return it without any extra charges within 60 days from the purchase date.

Before returning your product make sure that it is unused, unchanged, and in its original packaging, the same as when delivered.

If you purchased a Yeti product from an authorized dealer then you have to contact them directly for more information.

Yeti’s Return policy for water bottles, cups, and bag coolers is the same.

Yeti Return Conditions

The following requirements must be fulfilled to become eligible for a free return.

  • Returning any product in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and without modification is required.
  • When a product is purchased from outside YETI.com or through our RESCUES program, YETI does not accept returns.
  • Products purchased from the authorized dealer are covered by their return policy; contact them directly for further information. YETI RESCUES sales are final.
  • All returns must be processed through Yesti’s Returns portal within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • A pre-paid shipping label will be provided after approval.
  • A packing slip needs to be attached with every return.
  • Every return needs to be delivered to a UPS drop-off location.
  • If there isn’t a UPS drop-off location available. you will be responsible for paying return shipping.
  • When you return your product a return material authorization (“RMA”) number is required for all returns.
  • If you decide to return your product to YETI using a different method instead of free UPS shipping, you will still required an RMA number.
  • Return shipping is not free for products sent to APO/FPO addresses.
