Following issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization code, Western Digital should receive the returned item within 10 days. A given RMA code is valid for 10 days and will terminate on the 11th day after the issue date then, any returned items would be rejected.

The credit should show on your account within 7-10 business days after the return is received. Your original payment method or credit card will be credited. Failure to return the original products, including all attachments and materials, will result in the product being returned to the customer without a refund and at the customer’s expense.
