Princess Polly Return & Exchange Policy

Princess Polly retails apparel and accessories such as cloth, dresses, etc online in various countries such as the USA, Australia, the UK, and Asia. This is known for its branding and selling.

Princess Polly’s return and exchange policy allows their customer to return their product within 30 days from the date of purchase. You can return your product for exchange, refund, or gift card. 

Used and damaged products can not be returned or exchanged. The item should be in saleable condition.

About Princess Polly Return Policy

As per Princess Polly’s return policy, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery.

Princess Polly’s return policy in Australia and the UK is limited to returns from within Australia and the UK only. Unfortunately, they do not offer exchanges or store credit for returned items from outside these regions.

After returning your product you will get your refund in your account within 7 days from the date of return. Instead get a refund you can also exchange your product. 

Items marked as final sale or not in saleable condition, worn items can not able to return or exchange.

The receipt of the returned product would be required at the time of return. The original packaging of that product is needed.

Princess Polly Exchange Policy

The exchange policy of Princess Polly allows a customer to exchange their product within 30 days of delivery.

They also declared that To increase standards of safety, received products by replacement and exchange will be quarantined at the Princess Polly shipping facility for 3 days before they are processed further.

Princess Polly provides you, with two exchange options: Instant Exchange or Standard Exchange

The receipt of the exchanged product would be required at the time of return. The original packaging of that product is needed.

Items marked as final sale items, used and damaged products can not be exchanged.

Is Exchange Eligible for Discounted Purchases?

They offer easy returns and exchanges. But if you purchased any product at a discount you can not exchange your product at the same rate. You need to pay extra charges for this product if the discount is finished.

Princess Polly Refund Policy

If Any exchanges are requested that Princess Polly does not have in stock then the refund will be issued in your account.

If you return any product, the shipping fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund. Please note that If you prefer store credit for a refund instead of cash, the return shipping fee will be waived.

The time for the amount to be credited to your account may take up to 10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

By USPS QR CODE

  1. Package your items in it’s original packaging.
  2. If you have the Princess Polly original packaging bag then pack the items which you want to return.
  3. Print this code and bring it with you to the USPS location. 
  4. Bring the QR code provided for your Return at the USPS location and the agent or store operators will scan the QR code of the returns and process your package. 

By Print at Home

  1. Print the Return label on your product from your Return Confirmation email.
  2. Package your items in it’s original packaging.
  3. If you have the Princess Polly original packaging bag then pack the items which you want to return
  4. Drop off the package at any given USPS location.

Happy Returns QR CODE

  1. Take out the QR code and your items to a Happy Returns Bar.
  2. The agent or operators will scan the QR code and process your items for exchange or refund. You will receive a return confirmation email when the agent has scanned the code of your product and processed your items.

Return Exceptions

The products must be returned in their original state, without being worn or washed, and with all tags still attached.

In case of swimwear returns, the hygiene seal must remain intact. Also For hygienic reasons, they do not accept the return of some products such as 

  • Cosmetics
  •  Earrings
  •  Undergarments
  •  and beauty tools (including hair tools).

Can I Change The Requested Type Of Return?

If you changed your mind and need to make changes to your return before dropping it, please contact customer service so they can action your request and will provide you the information with a new QR code or return label.

1. Can I Return Two Products Together?

Unfortunately, multiple orders cannot be returned or combined in one package at a single time. When a return is submitted to Princess Polly, a QR code or return label is only created specifically for one single item in the order.  Princess Polly does not have a record of items in other orders.

2. Can I Return the Product of Princess Polly Without a Receipt?

Usually, they need the receipt of the product which is being returned or exchanged. But in some cases, they can return or exchange your product, if you have any proof of the purchased order.

3. Can I Return the Damaged Product?

Used and damaged products can not be exchanged. If you received damage to your product from Princess Polly then it is the responsibility of Princess Polly to return your product

4. Do I need to pay extra charges to Return OR Exchange my product?

If you return or exchange any product shipping fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund or store credit for all products. If you prefer store credit for a refund instead of cash, the return shipping fee will be waived.

5. How long does it take to get my refund?

After returning process completes you will get your refund in your account within 7 days from the date of return. Instead get a refund you can also exchange your product.
