YoungLa Return Policy States that you can return or change any product within 60 days from the date of purchase. But the purchased product is unused, unwashed and in its original state, just as it was delivered.
Condition For YoungLa Returns
- Return or exchange products that are unwashed, unused, or with original tags/labels otherwise, YoungLa may reject your item.
- Customers aren’t eligible for returns of their personal products.
- YoungLa retains the right to change or refuse returns. If the original items are not received in brand-new condition.
- YoungLa does not accept exchanges for items that are out of stock. If the item or items are unavailable for exchange, a refund will be given for the returned items.
- Items may run out of stock before returns are processed, so once an exchange is started, they won’t be retained until the return has been delivered and processed. When an item is returned after it is out of stock, you will receive shop credit that can be applied to the next purchase you make.
- Please remember that returns are not processed until they have either been sent or delivered back to our store.

- When your order was first placed, YoungLa did not refund the original shipping costs.
